Lucas Hackradt currently works for the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and volunteers for AFS Intercultural Programs as an international trainer. He holds a MA degree in Migration and Intercultural Relations from the EMMIR program and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Campinas, in Brazil. He has been training intercultural matters for over 8 years now, with a specific focus in intercultural conflict resolution and cultural adaptation (more recently focused in migration). Today, he is part of a group of trainers from AFS working with an educational intercultural program at international level. Lucas has lived in Brazil, his home country, Belgium, Germany, Norway, the USA, Mozambique, and the Czech Republic (and wonders where he will go next).
